About Mr. Nazworth

Welcome to our website!  We are excited about the upcoming school year!  

ABOUT ME:
I received my Bachelors Degree in Music Education from Texas Tech University and my Masters Degree in Educational Administration from Lamar University.  I began teaching in Crosbyton, TX as a band director and elementary music teacher and have since taught in Godley and  served as the Director of Bands for the Sweetwater Independent School District in Sweetwater. I served as the Assistant Principal at Venus Elementary School for 5 years and am beginning my 3rd year as Principal at the greatest school in VISD, Venus Primary School!
Here at VPS, excellence is what we strive for, and by working together we can achieve our goals.  With a learner-centered philosophy, we are dedicated to preparing our students for the challenges of today and tomorrow. We make it our top priority to ensure a positive and safe learning environment that offers students an education that will prepare them for the rest of their lives.
